Political power

Across the world, green politics is also making inroads as a political party and making an impact. We will explore how green politics can become a meaningful political force in Korea.

The way we see the world depends on our perspective. We will look at and interpret political phenomena in Korea and around the world through the lens of green politics.

Who we are

Certain historical moments reveal providence masquerading as coincidence. In 2019, Jemin, Eojin, and Jinyoung fortuitously met at the Käthe Kollwitz Museum in Berlin, Germany. Each of them had a background in political science and experience working in civil society organizations, parliaments, and political parties.

Recognizing the urgent need for green politics to protect our planet and secure our future, we founded the Green Politics Institute in 2024. We believe this endeavor as another instance of providence in disguise.
